This Sunday was an amazing Sunday at Western Hills. God (as he has a habit of doing) showed up and did some amazing things. The greatest thing this Sunday was witnessing the baptism of Hannah Seela by her dad Scott (our Children's Minister). It was a powerful image to watch this Godly father "bury" his daughter in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. It was also powerful to be able to see Qwynn (Hannah's mom), whom I could see from where I was standing. Both Scott and Qwynn were caught up in the moment of what God was doing in the life of their daughter. The experience was made complete by standing with the church as we surrounded Hannah and her family and together we sang the song Holy Ground. It was a sacred moment.
God Bless,
Scott

Hannah,
What a blessing it was to witness your baptism into Jesus. I can only begin to imagine all of the amazing things that God has in store for you in your life. I know He will use you to bless and minister to many other lives. Keep pointing us all to Jesus.

Happy birthday Hannah! Even though the old Hannah was pretty special, being good just wasn't good enough. You are a new creation now, with many promises to claim. Now go change the world.
Love ya! Randy
Hannah,
It was so good to see the pictures of your new birth. We wish we could have been there in person. You have always been a very special young lady and we are so proud of your decision. God bless you as you continue your walk with the savior. We look forward to hearing of the great way God will use you for his purposes. We pray that you will always be sensitive to the leading of the Spirit.

Hannah, we are sooo very proud of you! It seems like just yesterday you were a baby making deaf people turn their heads in restaurants. Now, you are a mature young woman who is a great Christian example to all who see her. Wish WE could see you more often.
We Love You,

Hannah,
You are a very special young lady. Larry and I love you so much and are so proud of your commitment and dedication to serving a loving and faithful Father. What an honor it was for Larry to get to pray over you and for me to get to hug my new sister still socking wet. You and your family are truly a blessing to us. We love you, Larry and Marie

I am really proud of the decision you have made. It was wonderful to see such a tremendous event so soon after I arrived. I am really looking forward to this Summer and seeing the ways God is going to work in you and through you.

Hannah,
I am so sorry we weren't able to be there to witness your baptism. You have always been such a special girl to our family, and we pray for God to continually bless you in your new walk with Christ. Always remember to stay close to Him, and you will be such a witness to others!
We love you!

Hannah,
Congratulations! It was wonderful to see the video of your confession and baptism. There are so many amazing days ahead for you as you learn to walk the new walk of faith in Christ. Your maturity and faithfulness is remarkable. I am excited to have the opportunity to witness the many things God will do through you in the youth group. I pray that in your relationship with Jesus you will be overwhelmed by his love, grow accustomed to his voice, and find the strength to lead just as he has called you.
May God bless you!
Brandon
